Learn About UW-Sheboygan
Welcome to UW-Sheboygan
The campus of the University of Wisconsin -Sheboygan provides opportunities
for learning for the residents of Southeastern Wisconsin. The three words that best describe our campus are: Quality, Value, and Opportunity. Please allow me to explain.
The faculty and staff who teach and work at UW-Sheboygan have impressive academic backgrounds. Most have completed the highest degree available in their chosen field of expertise. In addition, they know how to teach and have chosen to work in an environment where research is respected and expected. Teaching is part of the core of the environment at UW-Sheboygan and our instructors’ commitment to their craft ensures our students a quality education.
Tuition and fees at UW-Sheboygan are the most reasonable for the UW System. As a campus of the UW Colleges, the tuition has been frozen at the 2006 level for the second straight year for the 2008-09 academic year. Given the quality of instruction mentioned earlier, UW-Sheboygan represents a great value for students and their families seeking higher education.
UW-Sheboygan is conveniently located just east of I-43 in the City of Sheboygan. We provide educational opportunities for those who seek the first two years of a bachelor’s degree. With our collaborative partners, UW-Sheboygan offers several programs of study where students can finish their baccalaureate degree right here in Sheboygan. For those who desire Continuing Education experiences, the University of Wisconsin-Sheboygan is the place to visit. Whether it is for credit or experiential learning, residents have numerous opportunities.
Welcome to the University of Wisconsin-Sheboygan -- the place to start your higher education journey, and where Quality, Value and Opportunity are all right here.
Sincerely,
Al Hardersen, UW-Sheboygan Campus Dean & CEO and the campus Executive Team, Tom Peneski, Associate Dean; Pam Fitzer, Assistant Campus Dean for Student Services; and Ed Janairo, Assistant Campus Dean for Administrative Services.
