Audio Visual Equipment
Installed in RoomsFrequently used equipment is installed in our Smart Classrooms and Conference Rooms throughout campus (Rm 1202, 1208, 2114, 2223, 3102, 3201, 3202, 3204, 3209, 3210, 6001, 7001, 7010) though not all classrooms and conference rooms are "Smart." Please indicate your technologies needs when reserving space on campus.

- Video/Data Projector and screen
- Instructor Computer/connected to campus computer network/Internet
- Audio System
The equipment listed above is also installed in all the Computer Labs and Science Building classrooms on campus.

Faculty and Staff may check out equipment for use on campus or for use at a pre-approved off-campus event. Faculty and staff may use equipment off campus providing the use is in direct support of the campus mission. Please submit your equipment requests on your Facility Use Forms submitted to Business Services. You will also be responsible for confirming and coordinating availability, pickup, and drop off of equipment with the UW-Sheboygan Helpdesk. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to check out equipment.
