All students, faculty, staff and the general public are invited to attend a special reception to honor UW-S Art Professor Tom Uebelherr in recognition of his selection as a 2008 16th Annual Alliant Energy Underkofler Excellence in Teaching Award recipient. The reception will be held Thursday, May 15 from 5-7 p.m. in the Fine Arts Gallery. Refreshments and snacks will be served.

The bi-annual 2008 Inside Out Sculpture Exhibition will be held on the UW-Sheboygan campus June 2-October 10. The UW-S Art Department is currently seeking sculpture and/or hanging artwork to exhibit outdoors on the campus grounds or inside the Fine Arts Gallery throughout the duration of the exhibition. All interested artists are asked to submit a registration form by May 25 and install their artwork between June 2-13. You may submit one piece of your own artwork, while area educators are also encouraged to submit entries of their students' works.
