For immediate assistance, please call the UW-Sheboygan Helpdesk from any campus phone at extension 4422 or from a non-campus phone at 920-459-4422.

If you need to make an appointment for assistance with technology-related matters, please email the UW-Sheboygan Helpdesk at shbIT@uwc.edu with as much detail regarding your request as possible.

An IT staff member will generally be available to assist you:

Mon-Thu: 8am - 8:30pm
Fri: 8am - 3pm

If no IT staff is available, please email the Helpdesk at shbIT@uwc.edu.
