A new staff member, Kelsey Herrick recently joined the Solution Center team at The University of Wisconsin-Sheboygan. A graduate of St. Norbert College with a degree in Psychology, she is working towards a master’s degree in Higher Education and Leadership and UW-Whitewater.
As the new Information Specialist, Kelsey will manage training and supervision of student employees and triage for the many questions that the Solution Center fields. Her work experience includes several years of customer service in the private sector as well as while she was a student worker in the IT Department at St. Norbert’s College.
Courtney O’Connell, Associate Dean for Student Affairs, noted that she was “excited to have Kelsey join our staff and confident she will be an asset to the campus and community.” A native of Waukesha, she plans to relocate to the Sheboygan area.
