Students requesting a proctor for a non-UW Colleges Online course must email SHBTestingCenter@uwc.edu to initiate the scheduling process. You will be asked to provide the name and section of the course, the professor’s name and contact information, the name of the institution, the dates of your exam(s), your phone number, your email address and your availability. Students requesting a proctor for a UW-Colleges Online course should complete the online request form and select "Yes" for the "Proctor is UW Colleges IT Support Personnel" field.
Proctor requests are scheduled by appointment only. The Testing Center is not open on Saturday or Sunday.
Exams must be scheduled a week in advance to ensure proctor availability. It is the student’s responsibility to notify the Testing Center of any changes with their exams, including if they drop or withdraw from the course.
Examinees will comply with the University of Wisconsin Colleges Academic Misconduct Guide and the rules of the Testing Center. Examinees taking a non UW-Colleges exam will comply with the preceding in addition to the specific rules and academic integrity guidelines of their institution.
On the Day of Exam:
- Bring your photo ID.
- Be prepared to pay the $25.00 fee for non UW-Colleges exams.
- Check in at Student Affairs, located in the Acuity Technology Center.
- Scratch paper will be provided.
- Calculators will not be provided.
There is a $25.00 per exam proctor fee for non UW-Colleges exams. The fee can be paid with cash or a check at the time of the exam. Make checks payable to University of Wisconsin-Sheboygan.
