The UW-Sheboygan Foundation is a nonprofit organization founded by area residents and UW-Sheboygan alumni in 1979 to support the programs and activities of the University of Wisconsin-Sheboygan through fund development and advocacy.
Until recently, the focus of foundation’s efforts has been to raise scholarship assistance for deserving students, many of whom juggle work and family responsibilities in addition to their schoolwork. It is now engaged in broadening its mission to become a full partner in UW-Sheboygan's growth as an asset to its community and region, including providing support for campus programs and facility improvements. The UW-Sheboygan Foundation’s Annual Fund campaign helps to raise additional financial support for the Foundation’s charitable activities throughout the year.
The mission of the UW-Sheboygan Library is to support the curriculum of this institution. There are approximately 40,000 volumes in our collection. Our students also have access to the volumes in any of the other UW System libraries through Universal Borrowing.
